Locals Featured in Ad Campaign Filmed Here

A new advertising campaign for the Boot Barn company was recently filmed in La Grange, and in addition to including several area locations, it also featured a bunch of local talent.

The campaign features a one minute commercial that will run through various social media platforms as well as billboards, magazines and other advertising outlets.

There were six main talents that were scouted via Instagram and other social media outlets: Evan Haenes, Chase Stearns, Jack Moses, Seth Terry, Jerrid Tennison and Caleb Arthur (LG Alumni). All of these boys are connected through school at Tarleton State in Stephenville. Caleb was the production crew’s main point of contact and was asked to organize several shoot locations and a team of extras. Shoot locations included a cabin at Rocky Creek in Smithville, Caleb’s family home, acreage, barn and arena near La Grange off of Guenther Rd., a corn field in Mullins Prairie and the La Grange football field and parking lot.

The team of extra talent included: LG Alumni Berkleigh Arthur, Ben Gerik and Blythe Vitek. Other extras included locals Grace Friederich, Gage Jaehne, Kambri Adams and Dylerick Ellison. The remaining were friends from Stephenville; Gwyn Frels, Taylor Rusnak, Bryce Landon, Tanner Treadaway, Emily Spencer, Jaden Caddell, Charlie Moses and Brandon Arthur.
