Local 4-H Kids Show Off Animals at Library

Hailey Janish along with several other Fayette County 4-H members held a show and tell about livestock at Wednesday’s Summer Reading Program at Fayette Public Library. The 4-Hers showed off some of their cattle and answered questions from the children about raising livestock. Janish, pictured above, then read the book “Sarah Hates Losing,” about a youth livestock exhibitor whose prized heifer gets beat by a new kid at the show – but Sarah eventually turns her bad day into a good one.
