St. John to Hold Christmas Eve Worship E LLINGER News

St. John in Ellinger will have Christmas worship on Christmas Eve at 6 p.m. with Pastor Jen. This will be a candle lit service and all are welcome.

St. John in Warrenton will host the third Advent service of the season on Wednesday, Dec. 18 at 6 p.m. This will be a Dinner Church meaning soup will be served during the service.

Worship services are still offered on Facebook, You Tube and KTIM 89.1 on Sundays at noon. Ellinger has worship every Sunday at 8 a.m. with communion.

St. Mary Catholic Church St. Mary’s Catholic Church mass is every Saturday at 4 p.m. and Sunday at 8 a.m.

Brethren Church

Fayetteville Brethren Church has services the second, third, and fourth Saturdays of each month at 10 a.m. Other services are at Industry Brethren on the second, third and fourth Saturdays at 5 p.m., Wesley Brethren on Sundays at 9 a.m. and Nelsonville Brethren on Sundays at 10:15 a.m. Rev. Mike Groseclose leads all the services. The Nelsonville service is live streamed on Nelsonville Brethren’s Facebook page.

Hermann Sons

Ellinger Hermann Sons Life will meet on Dec. 16 at 6 p.m. in the Ellinger Fire Station. LGISD

La Grange ISD classes will dismiss on Dec. 20 for the Christmas break and will return on Jan. 9.
