La Grange Police David Gilbreath reports on the following incidents his department responded to during the week of Dec. 22-29.

Animal Cruelty

On Dec. 29, Officer Steven Haynie was dispatched to the 800 block of N. Jefferson regarding animal neglect. Officer found the animal was being taken care of.

Animal Complaint

On Dec. 23, Officer Curtis Zwahr picked up a dog in the 400 block of N. Jefferson and transported to the animal shelter.

Accident

On Dec. 28, Officer Brett Meinardus responded to the 700 block of E. Upperline for a one vehicle accident in which some powerlines were pulled down.

Civil Matter

On Dec. 27, Meinardus responded to the 800 block of E. Roitsch for a civil matter.

Disturbance

On Dec. 25, Officer Thomas Keeney spoke with a subject about a disturbance in the 500 block of W. Lowerline.

On Dec. 25, Officer Noah Geer was flagged down while on patrol regarding a verbal disturbance in the 600 block of S. Meyer.

On Dec. 28, Officer John Wostarek was dispatched to the 1000 block of Hwy. 159 regarding a verbal disturbance.

Fraud

On Dec. 26, Zwahr spoke with a caller regarding fraud in the 200 block of Northpointe.

Loud Music

On Dec. 24, Officer Mitchell Maxwell was dispatched to the 300 block of S. Diers Lane regarding a noise complaint.

On Dec. 25, Maxwell was dispatched to the 600 block of E. Guadalupe for loud music.

On Dec. 28, Wostarek was dispatched to the 300 block of E. Eblin regarding loud music.

On Dec. 29, Wostarek was dispatched to the 200 block of E. Pecan regarding loud noise.

Public Intoxication

On Dec. 22, Haynie arrested a subject in the 1800 block of E. State Hwy. 71 Bypass for public intoxication.

On Dec. 27, Wostarek arrested a subject in the 1200 block of W. Carroll Lane for public intoxication.

Loitering

On Dec. 29, Wostrek was dispatched to the 1800 block of E. State Hwy. 71 Bypass regarding a subject loitering.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle On Dec. 23, Officer Jeffrey Archerd was dispatched to the 200 block of Northwest Circle regarding a suspicious person.

On Dec. 23, Wostarek was dispatched to the 700 block of E. Upperline regarding a suspicious person. On Dec. 24, Meinardus responded to the 2000 block of N. US. Hwy. 77 regarding an individual using the road construction equipment alone and appeared suspicious.
