A Late Addition, Lonestar, Shines at The County Fair

The Fayette County Fair had to book Lonestar at the last minute after headliner Aaron Watson cancelled due to doctor’s orders.

But they in no way disappointed. The band played all of their memorable hits plus a bunch of outstanding covers. Vocalist and keyboard player Dean Sams announced that the group was working on a new album of covers by some of the great female singers. They debuted a few of them Saturday night at the fair, including a memorable rendition of “You Make Loving Fun” by Christine McVie and Fleetwood Mac.
