La Grange Police David Gilbreath reports on the following incidents his department responded to during the week of Feb. 2-9.

Assault

On Feb. 5, Officer Thomas Keeney spoke to a subject in the 1800 E. State Hwy. 71 Bypass about a non-family assault.

Accident

On Feb. 5, Officer Noah Geer was dispatched to the intersection of East Lowerline and S. Monroe for a two-vehicle accident.

Abandoned Vehicle

On Feb. 4, Officer John Wostarek spoke with a caller regarding an abandoned vehicle in the 500 block of Koenig.

Animal Complaint

On Feb. 7, Geer was dispatched to the 400 block of N. Vail regarding two dogs tied up.

On Feb. 7, Geer checked on loose animal in the roadway in the 200 block of N. Horton.

On Feb. 9, Officer Mitchell Maxwell was dispatched to the 900 block of S. Jefferson regarding an animal.

Civil Matter

On Feb. 5, Geer was dispatched to the 1600 block of N. Jefferson for a civil matter.

On Feb. 9, Officer Steven Haynie responded to the 500 block of W. Lowerline regarding a civil matter.

Criminal Mischief

On Feb. 7, Geer was dispatched to the 400 block of W. Colorado regarding a vehicle being spray painted.

Driving While Intoxicated 

On Feb. 6, Keeney arrested an individual in the 2400 block of W. State Hwy. 71 Business for driving under the influence.

Disturbance

On Feb. 4, Maxwell was dispatched to the 200 block of S. Ellinger regarding a possible disturbance.

On Feb. 4, Officer Brett Meinardus responded to the 400 block of N. Jefferson for a disturbance. Both parties involved stated that they were arguing but that no physical assault occurred.

On Feb. 9 Haynie was dispatched to the 700 block of N. Washington regarding a female yelling in the alley.

Family Violence

On Feb. 7, Maxwell was dispatched to the 700 block of N. Washington regarding family violence. One subject was arrested.

Public Intoxication

On Feb. 7, Maxwell arrested a subject in the 100 block of N. Jefferson for public intoxication.

Sexual Assault of a Child 

On Feb. 5, Geer was dispatched to the 200 block of S. college regarding a sexual assault of a child.

On Feb. .6, Officer Jeffrey Archerd spoke with caller regarding a sexual assault of a child.

Scam

On Feb. 6, Geer spoke with a individual at the police station regarding a scam.

Suspicious vehicle

On Feb. 7, Maxwell was dispatched to the 300 block of Hanacek regarding s suspicious vehicle.

On Feb. 8, Maxwell was dispatched to the 300 block of Rose Mayer regarding a suspicious vehicle.

On Feb. 9, Haynie checked on a suspicious vehicle in the 400 block of W. Fairgrounds Road.
