La Grange Police David Gilbreath reports on the following incidents his department responded to during the week of Jan. 19-26.
Animal Complaint
On Jan. 19, Officer Thomas Keeney responded to the 300 block of N. Horton for an animal complaint.
On Jan. 20, Officer Mitchell Maxwell was dispatched to the 400 block of W. Colorado for an animal complaint.
On Jan. 21, Maxwell was dispatched to the 1000 block of W. State Hwy 71 Business for an animal complaint.
On Jan. 26, Wostarek responded to the 300 block of Wood Hollow for an animal complaint.
Found
On Jan. 21, Officer Curtis Zwahr found a wallet in the roadway.
Counterfeit Money
On Jan. 20, Wostarek was dispatched to the 400 block of E. Travis regarding counterfeit money.
Criminal Mischief
On Jan. 22, Officer Steven Haynie was dispatched to the 300 block of S. Diers regarding criminal mischief. Officer determined a tree branch fell and broke a window.
Assault
On Jan. 24, Officer John Wostarek was dispatched to the 64 block of E. Bluffview in regard to an assault.
Citizens Assist
On Jan. 20, Maxwell spoke with a caller regarding a citizen assist in the 2100 block of FM 1965.
Disturbance
On Jan. 23, Officer Steven Haynie was dispatched to the 200 block of Edgewood regarding a verbal disturbance.
Driving While Intoxicated On Jan. 25, Maxwell was dispatched to the 500 block of S. Jefferson regarding a one vehicle accident. Individual was driving while intoxicated.
Family Violence
On Jan. 23, Haynie was dispatched to the 2300 block of W. Travis regarding family violence.
Suspicious Person/Vehicle On Jan. 19, Keeney responded to the 200 block of E. Pearl for a suspicious vehicle.
On Jan. 20, Haynie was dispatched to the 500 block of N. Jefferson regarding a suspicious person.
Terroristic Threat
On Jan. 24, Officer Jeffrey Archerd spoke with a caller in the 600 block of E. Eblin regarding a terroristic threat.
Trespassing
On Jan. 25, Wostarek was dispatched to the 64 block of E. Bluffview regarding a subject trespassing. Officer arrested the subject.
Welfare Check
On Jan. 24, Wostarek was dispatched to the 100 block of E. Travis regarding a welfare check.

On Jan. 24, Officer Brett Meinardus spoke with caller regarding a scam call which the individual stated he was a federal marshal and attempted to have subject transfer money to an account.
