La Grange Police Chief David Gilbreath reports on the following incidents his department responded to during the week of Sept. 22-29.

Assault

On Sept. 28, Officer Thomas Keeney responded to the 200 block of Edgewood Lane for assault family violence. Animal Complaint

On Sept. 23, Animal Control Officer Justin Pietsch responded to the 1000 block of N. Fannin for a follow up on a dog bite.

On Sept. 23, Officer Noah Geer was dispatched to the 600 block of S. Jefferson regarding an animal complaint.

On Sept. 25, Officer Mitchell Maxwell was dispatched to the 900 block of E. Pearl regarding an animal complaint.

On Sept. 25, Officer John Wostarek was dispatched to the 700 block of N. Washington regarding an animal complaint. Accident

On Sept. 25, Officer Brett Meinardus responded to the 2400 block of W. Hwy. 71 business for a two-vehicle accident with no injuries.

On Sept. 27, Geer was dispatched to the 700 block of E. Travis regarding an accident.

On Sept. 27, Geer was dispatched to the area of E. Lowerline and S. Franklin regarding an accident.

Counterfeit Money

On Sept. 23, Geer was dispatched to the 2400 block of W. State Hwy. 71 business regarding counterfeit money.

Civil Matter

On Sept. 23, Geer was dispatched to the 1600 block of N. Jefferson regarding a civil matter.

On Sept. 24, Sgt. Travis Anderson received a call from the 500 block of W. Lafayette regarding a child custody issue.

Citizen Assist

On Sept. 26, Maxwell spoke with a caller regarding a citizen assist in the 200 block of Northpointe.

Disturbance

On Sept. 22, Maxwell was dispatched to the 700 block of N. Franklin regarding a disturbance.

On Sept. 22, Maxwell was dispatched to the 500 block of Koenig Lane regarding a disturbance.

On Sept. 27, Keeney responded to the 1800 block of State Hwy. 71 bypass for a non-family disturbance.

On Sept. 28, Anderson received a call regarding a disturbance in the 600 block of E.

Pecan.

Family Disturbance

On Sept. 24, Keeney responded to the 100 block of E. Guadalupe for a reported family disturbance.

Family Violence

On Sept. 22, Wostarek was dispatched to the 300 block of Fireside Lane regarding a disturbance. Fraud

On Sept. 22, Meinardus took a report of possible fraudulent activity in the 1900 block of W. State Hwy. 71 Business.

Harassment

On Sept. 26, Wostarek was dispatched to the 600 block of S. Jefferson regarding harassment. Public Intoxication

On Sept. 23, Keeney and Anderson were dispatched to the 600 block of State Hwy. 71 Bypass for public intoxication.

On Sept. 25, Wostarek arrested a subject in the 900 block of Roitsch for public intoxication.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle On Sept. 22, Maxwell checked out a suspicious person in the 1500 block of E. State Hwy. 159.

On Sept. 23, Geer was dispatched to the 100 block of N. Jefferson regarding a suspicious vehicle.

On Sept. 23, Geer was dispatched to the 1000 block of N. Madison regarding a suspicious person.

On Sept. 25, Keeney responded to the 1900 block of Hwy. 159 for a suspicious person.

Theft

On Sept. 24, Keeney spoke with the victim about a theft in the 2000 block of W. State Hwy. 71 Business.

Trespassing

On Sept. 23, Geer was dispatched to the 1900 block of W. State Hwy. 71 Business regarding trespassing.
