La Grange Police Chief David Gilbreath reports on the following incidents his department responded to during the week of Aug. 11-18.
Animal Complaint
OnAug. 11, Officer Mitchell Maxwell was dispatched to the 2000 block of Hrbacek regarding an animal complaint.
On Aug. 13, Officer Thomas Keeney responded to the 1900 block of W. State Hwy. 71 business regarding an animal complaint.
On Aug. 15, Officer John Wostarek was dispatched to the 1000 block of Sunset regarding an animal complaint.
Agency Assist
On Aug. 14, Maxwell assisted in the 200 block of S. Jefferson for a wanted subject.
Accident
On Aug. 14, Keeney responded to the 900 block of E. Travis for an auto accident.
On Aug. 14, Officer Curtis Zwahr responded to the intersection of N. Franklin and E. Fannin for a two-vehicle minor accident.
Citizen Assist
On Aug. 15, Maxwell assisted a subject in the 2200 block of Hwy. 71 business.
On Aug. 16, Officer Steven Haynie was dispatched to the 1500 block of W. Hwy 71 Business regarding a citizen assist.
On Aug. 17, Keeney was requested to assist a citizen in the 700 block of Eckel.
Criminal Mischief
On Aug. 15, Maxwell was dispatched to the 200 block of E. Travis regarding criminal mischief.
Disturbance
On Aug. 11, Wostarek was dispatched to the 700 block of N. Eckel regarding a disturbance. One subject was arrested.
On Aug. 13, Sgt. Travis Anderson responded to the 700 block of E. Lafayette for a possible assault.
On Aug. 14, Keeney responded to the 1600 block of W. State Hwy. 71 Business for a disturbance.
On Aug. 16, Wostarek was dispatched to the 500 block of W. Lower line regarding a verbal disturbance.
Traffic Hazard
On Aug. 17, Haynie was dispatched to the 200 block of N. Jackson regarding the railroad crossing not going back up, the railroad was notified.
Harassment
On Aug. 14, Wostarek spoke with complainant over the phone regarding harassment. Juvenile Complaint
On Aug.17, Haynie was dispatched to the 100 block of Hope Avenue regarding a juvenile complaint.
Loitering
On Aug. 15, Maxwell was dispatched to the 2200 block of W. State Hwy. 71 Business regarding subjects loitering.
Loud Music
On Aug. 17, Haynie was dispatched to the 100 block of Carroll Lane regarding loud music.
Parking Violation
On Aug. 15, Maxwell spoke to a caller in the 100 block of W. Travis regarding a parking complaint.
Reckless Driving
On Aug. 18, Keeney responded to the 300 block of Riverview for the report of a reckless driver.
On Aug. 18, Keeney responded to the 900 block of E. Upperline for report of a reckless driver.
Road Hazard
On Aug. 13, Keeney responded to the 200 block of N. Horton for the report of a water leak creating a road hazard.
Theft
On Aug. 12, Zwahr responded to the 1400 block of W. State Hwy. 71 for a theft.
On Aug. 12, Keeney responded to the 2000 block of W. State Hwy. 71 business on a theft report.
On Aug. 13, Haynie was dispatched to the 200 block of S. Jefferson regarding a theft.
On Aug. 14, Archerd was dispatched to the 200 block of E. Travis regarding a theft.
On Aug. 17, Keeney responded to the 200 block of S.
Jefferson for a theft.
Trespassing
On Aug. 13, Haynie was dispatched to the 500 block of S. Cindy Lane regarding trespassing. Warrant Arrest
On Aug. 18, Keeney conducted a warrant arrest in the 100 block of Jefferson.
