La Grange Police Dept. Highlights

On January 5 La Grange police officer Bret Meinardus responded to the 2200 block of W. Hwy. 71 Business highway for a grease spill from Taco Bell that was making roadway slick. The drive thru was shut down and the fire department washed down the roadway.

Apartment Fire

The La Grange Fire Department responded to a fire at the Cactus Oaks Apartments Monday afternoon and was able to quickly extinguish a fire that started when a box was left on a hot stove and caught fire.
