La Grange Police Chief David Gilbreath reports on the following incidents his department responded to during the week of Aug. 18-25.
Animal Complaint
On Aug. 19, Animal Control Officer Justin Pietsch picked up a cat in the 700 block of E. Travis and took to the animal shelter.
On Aug. 20, Officer John Wostarek was dispatched to the 300 block of Horton regarding an animal complaint.
On Aug. 21, Pietsch followed up on a dog bite in the 300 block of N. Horton.
OnAug. 21, Pietsch picked up a dog in the 400 block of E. Travis and took to the shelter.
OnAug. 22, Pietsch picked up a cat in the 900 block of E. Eblin and took to the shelter.
Accident
On Aug. 19, Officer Noah Geer was dispatched to the 100 block of S. Jefferson regarding an accident.
Disturbance
On Aug. 20, Geer was dispatched to the 400 block of S. Ellinger regarding a disturbance.
On Aug. 23, Officer Thomas Keeney responded to the 1300 block of N. Jefferson on a disturbance.
OnAug. 24, Officer Mitchell Maxwell was dispatched to the 100 block of E. Charles regarding a disturbance.
On Aug.25, Maxwell was dispatched to the 500 block of E. Walnut regarding a disturbance.

On Aug. 19, Geer was dispatched to the 800 block of E. Upperline for harassment.
OnAug. 19, Geer responded to the 1600 block of N. Jefferson regarding harassment.
Aug. 20, Geer spoke with complainant regarding harassment about her service animal.
Parking Violation
On Aug. 21, Sgt. Travis Anderson responded to the 2000 block of W. State Hwy. 71 business for a vehicle parked in the handicap spaces. Vehicle was gone upon officer’s arrival.
Public Intoxication
On Aug. 22, Keeney responded to the 500 block of W. Lowerline and arrested subject for public intoxication.
On Aug. 23, Wostarek was dispatched to the 500 block of W. Lowerline regarding an intoxicated subject.
Reckless Driving
On Aug. 18, Keeney responded to the 900 block of E. Upperline for a reckless driver.
Aug 18, Keeney responded to the 300 block of River View on a report of a reckless driver.
On Aug. 25, Wostarek was dispatched to the 100 block of E. Travis regarding a reckless driver.
Sexual Assault
On Aug. 20, Investigator Troy Stevens took a report of sexual assault.
On Aug. 21, Officer Steven Haynie was dispatched to the 1500 block of Hwy. 159 regarding a sexual assault.
Suspicious Person, Vehicle On Aug. 20, Geer was dispatched to the 200 block of Svoboda regarding a suspicious person.
On Aug. 21, Officer Brett Meinardus responded to a suspicious vehicle in the 2200 block of W. State Hwy. 71 business.
On Aug. 21, Officer Jeffrey Archerd spoke with a caller in the 800 block of S. Vail regarding a suspicious person.

On Aug. 21, Anderson responded to the 1900 block of W. State Hwy. 71 regarding a business that wanted to file a criminal trespass against a subject from the location.
On Aug. 24, Maxwell was dispatched to the 1800 block of W. State Hwy. 71 business regarding a subject trespassing.
Theft
On Aug. 23, Geer spoke with a subject in the 500 block of W. Lowerline regarding a theft.
Warrant Arrest
On Aug. 18, Keeney conducted a warrant arrest in the 100 block of S. Jefferson.
