La Grange Police Chief David Gilbreath reports on the following incidents his department responded to during the week of May 4-11.

Agency Assist

On May 5, Officer Steven Haynie responded to the 500 block of Cindy Lane for agency assist.

Animal Complaint

On May 4, Officer Mitchell Maxwell was dispatched to the 200 block of N. Horton regarding an animal complaint.

Accident

On May 8, Maxwell was dispatched to the 1000 block of N. Von Minden for a two vehicle accident.

On May 8, Officer Brett Meinardus responded to the 500 block of E. Colorado for a two-vehicle accident with no injuries.

On May 8, Officer John Wostarek was dispatched to the 2200 block of W. State Hwy. 71 Business for an accident.

City Ordnance Violation

On May 4, Wostarek was dispatched to the 500 block of W. Lafayette regarding a city ordinance violation.

On May 5, Haynie was dispatched to the 900 block of E. Colorado regarding a city ordinance violation.

Civil Matter

On May 6, Officer Noah Geer was dispatched to the 700 block of N. Washington regarding a civil matter.

On May 9, Haynie was dispatched to the 500 block of Koenig Lane regarding a civil matter.

Disturbance

On May 6, Geer was dispatched to the 400 block of E.

Travis for a disturbance.

On May 9, Wostarek was dispatched to the 700 block of N. Washington for a verbal disturbance.

On May 10, Meinardus responded to the 400 block of W. Colorado for a subject outside the residence screaming.

Family Violence

On May 6, Haynie spoke with a subject in the 500 block of E. Pearl regarding family violence at the location.

Fraud

On May 26, Geer was dispatched to the 500 block of W. Lowerline regarding fraud.

Loitering

On May 4, Maxwell was dispatched to the 1900 block of W. State Hwy. 71 Business regarding subjects loitering on premises.

Motorist Assist

On May 9, Meinardus responded to the 2200 block of W. State Hwy. 71 Business where caller mistakenly took wrong turn to Taco Bell parking lot and got stuck in the mud.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle On May 4, Wostarek was dispatched to the 400 block of W. Lafayette regarding a suspicious person. On May 5, Haynie was dispatched to the 300 block of S. Brown regarding a suspicious person.

On May 6, Haynie was dispatched to the 200 block of Edgewood regarding a suspicious person.

On May 7, Geer was dispatched to the 500 block of Koenig regarding a suspicious person.

On May 8, Wostarek was dispatched to the 800 block of S. Jefferson regarding a suspicious vehicle.

On May 10, Meinardus responded to the 2400 block of W. State Hwy. 71 Business regarding a damaged vehicle in the parking lot.

On May 11, Wostarek was dispatched to the 300 block of N. Jefferson regarding a suspicious person.

Theft

On May 7, Meinardus responded to the 500 block of Koenig Lane where caller reported pizzas were delivered but subject did not pay for them.

Trespassing

On May 11, Haynie was dispatched to the 300 block of E. Walnut regarding trespassing. Theft by Deception

On May 5, Haynie was dispatched to the 1700 block of W. State Hwy. 71 Business regarding theft.

Unlawful Carry of a Weapon On May 7, Maxwell conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of W. Crockett.

Welfare Check

On May 8, Officer Jeffrey Archerd spoke with a caller regarding a welfare check in the 800 block of S. Vail.

On May 8, Wostarek was dispatched to the 2400 block of W. State Hwy. 71 Business regarding a welfare check.
