La Grange Community Children’s Choir Performs Musical ‘God Squad’

The La Grange Community Children’s Choir performed three shows of their musical, “God Squad” May 13-15 at The Remnant Church in La Grange. Led by directors Krystin Hill, Dawn Terry and many other volunteers, the choir has been meeting on Tuesdays since January to prepare for the musical.

Each Tuesday they had a snack, played games and learned fun, energetic songs for the musical, which was focused on the Armor of God found in Ephesians 6:10-17.

Children also had the opportunity to audition in front of judges for a speaking part, dance, or singing part, which was a wonderful confidence building experience. Children need to be 6 to 13 years old on or before September 1st to be a part.
