KJZT Society No. 41 Donates to AMEN

KJZT Annunciation Society 41 of St. Mary Catholic Church in Ellinger presented a check for $200 to the AMEN Food Pantry in La Grange. This donation represented the matching funds received from KJZT Family Life for the food items collected and donated to AMEN during the Thanksgiving Food Drive.

St. Mary’s Catholic Church holds Mass every Saturday at 4 p..m. and on Sunday at 8 a.m.

Shared Lutheran Ministry On Wednesday, March 19, St. John in Ellinger will host the service Sacraments and Communion as the Lent service. Come at 6 p.m. as the meal and worship are combined, all are welcome. St. Paul in Fayetteville will host the March 26 service.

Shared Lutheran Council will meet at St. Paul in Fayetteville on March 18 at 5:30 p.m.

Vacation Bible School will be held the week of June 22. More details to come.

There will not be any Confirmation classes for the month of March. Class attendees are requested to attend at least two Lent services during the season.

Worship services are still offered on Facebook, You Tube and KTIM 89.1 on Sundays at noon. Ellinger has worship every Sunday at 8 a.m. with communion.

Brethren Church 

Fayetteville Brethren Church has services the second, third, and fourth Saturdays of each month at 10 a.m. Rev. Mike Groseclose leads all the services.
