Josephine White, 104, To Hold Book Signing Event at LG’s Care Inn

Care Inn of La Grange is honored to host a remarkable event celebrating Josephine White, the 104-year-old author of the 2nd edition of “Sunbonnet Angels: Hitch Your Wagon to a Star.”

This inspiring book signing event will take place on Thursday, February 13, from 1:30 - 2:30 p.m., at Care Inn of La Grange, located at 457 N. Main Street, La Grange.

Josephine White’s latest edition of her book highlights the resilience, resourcefulness, and cultural contributions of pioneering women who shaped the identity of Texas. Through historical narratives and genealogical insights, White beautifully captures how these women balanced the demands of frontier life, preserved traditions, and supported the growth of their communities from Texas’s early days through the onset of World War II.
