Hostyn Wreck Sends One to the Hospital

A two-vehicle accident sent one person to the hospital near Hostyn Wednesday morning, Dec. 18. The wreck happened around 7 a.m. at the intersection of FM 609 and FM 2436. Conditions were foggy at the time.

Fayette County EMS Director Josh Vandever reported that one individual suffered minor injuries and declined transport to the hospital. Another individual suffered more serious injuries. EMS transported that patient to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center in stable condition.
