Grand Jury Indicts Eight
The Fayette County Grand Jury handed out several indictments last month, but only eight were made public since the others currently have warrants issued for their arrest.
An indictment is not a finding of guilt. Rather, a grand jury indicts a person when they find enough evidence exists to formally accuse them of a crime. All parties listed below remain innocent unless proven guilty in court.
Elmer Noe Pineda, 37 of Houston, was indicted for driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age, allegedly committed on April 27, 2025.
Malcolm Demetre Thompson, 32 of La Grange, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1/1-B, less than one gram, allegedly committed on July 29, 2025.
Christian Ramon Granados Tovar, 26 of Schulenburg, was indicted for unauthorized use of a vehicle, allegedly committed on June 25, 2025.
Christopher Michael Dobbins, 51 of Winchester, was indicted on three counts of sexual assault, allegedly committed on April 7, 2025.
Stephanie Lynn Thomas, 54 of Schulenburg, was indicted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, allegedly committed on July 5, 2025.
Caitlyn Lei Braden, 17 of Maurice, Louisiana, was indicted for engaging in organized criminal activity, allegedly committed on June 2, 2025.
Leslie Ann Myers, 43 of Houston, was indicted for engaging in organized criminal activity, allegedly committed on June 2, 2025.
Grover Louis Greene, 56 of La Grange, was indicted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, allegedly committed on June 14, 2025.
