Garage Burns Near Dubina

Schulenburg Volunteer Fire Department got a call around

1:45 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 28, reporting a garage on fire in the Dubina area. The property was located along FM

1383 a short distance north of Hwy. 90. Upon arrival, firefighters found the garage fully engulfed in flames. Schulenburg firefighters called for assistance from the Weimar Volunteer Fire Department. The two departments extinguished the fire. The contents were destroyed, but there were no injuries.
