Fosters and Volunteers Save Lives

As of March 7, the total intake at the Gardenia E. Janssen Animal Shelter for 2025 is 267: 142 dogs and 125 cats in need. There are 76 animals in care: 62 dogs and 14 cats. This number includes animals in the facility, in foster care for medical, waiting on available space, or awaiting transport to a rescue partner.
