The First Library Book Sale in Almost Two Years Upcoming

Make plans to attend the Fayette Public Library Book Sale at the Fayette Public Library in La Grange from Friday, April 29th, through Sunday, May 1.

The sale will be in the conference room on the first floor of the Library located at 855 South Jefferson (South US Highway 77) in La Grange.

Sale times are Friday, April 29, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday, April 30, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.; and Sunday, May 1st, Noon to 4 p.m.

Buyers interested in shopping early can attend a special pre-sale event on Thursday, April 28 from 4-6 p.m. Interested public can gain admission to this pre-sale by making a monetary donation to the Library. The suggested donation is $5.

The sale includes many like-new books contributed by a generous public, and also withdrawn library materials. Book lovers and bargain shoppers will find hardcover books, paperbacks, children’s books, CDs, DVDs, and audio books — all priced to sell. Proceeds support various library projects and services.
