Recipe for Lava Cake
Serve these dusted with powdered sugar or vanilla ice cream. Pop a few strawberries or raspberries on top. Drizzle chocolate sauce on them to take things over the top. This recipe makes four delicious individual desserts.
Don’t have ramekins? Use coffee cups. Not serving right away? Store the cooled lava cakes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. We don’t recommend freezing lava cakes, as it will change the texture.
