Fayette County Fair Seeks Royalty Contestants

Attention young ladies residing in Fayette County entering grades 9-12 for the 2022-23 school year: the Fayette County Fair Association is seeking 10 ambitious, outgoing individuals who would like to vie for 2022 Fayette County Fair Queen and compete for Academic Scholarships, prizes and share memories of a lifetime.

Recruitment is open. Packets will be available on May 16. Get together with a nonprofit or school organization to sponsor you, hit the ticket trail and make the 2022 Fayette County Fair one to remember.

Completed applications for queens are due Friday, June 17 at 4 p.m.

New this year, Junior Miss Fayette County competition is seeking 10 young ladies who will be entering 6th-8th grade for the 2022-23 school year and are residents of Fayette County. These young ladies will be selling Carnival passes for the fair and have additional contests to compete in as well for amazing prizes Application packets will be available June 15 and due Friday, July 15, 4 p.m. by email.

Little Mister and Miss contestants will be sought beginning July 15, those contestants will be entering K-2nd grade for the 2022-23 school year and residents of Fayette County. Applications will be due Friday, August 12 at 4 p.m. by email

These young will represent our county throughout the year at parades and other public events. Here is a way to make a difference in your community.

Application packets for all categories will be posted to the website, FayetteCountyFair. org on the dates specified. All completed packets and photos will be turned in electronically. All categories will honor the first completed applications to compete.
