Fayette 4-H Competes in San Antonio Consumer Decision Making Contest

Numerous Fayette County 4-H members competed in the San Antonio Livestock Show Consumer Decision Making Contest on Saturday, Feb. 19,

The Senior Team placed 10th overall out of 38 teams and 121 individual competitors. Team members consisted of Mackenzie Poncik, Cooper Mau, Madeline Willrich, and Harper Mau. Judging as an individual was Austin Nedbalek and Addison Faske. Mackenzie was the 23rd high point senior individual.

The Fayette County Girls Intermediate Team placed eighth overall and The Fayette County Intermediate Boys placed 11th overall out of 33 teams and 106 individual competitors. Girls’ team members consisted of Elena Supak, Eva Shaw, and Tori Newton. Boys’ team members consisted of Kandon Kaspar, Logan Poncik, and Roan Willrich. Individually, Elena was fourth high intermediate and Kandon was 17th high intermediate.

The Junior Team placed 10th overall out of 21 teams and 67 individual competitors. Team members consisted of Kaden Raabe, Sawyer Mau, and Kylee Hoffmann. Individually, Kaden was third high point junior.
