Ellinger VFD Fundraiser Has Been Set For April 27

The Ellinger Volunteer Fire Department will hold its 34th annual feast and fundraiser on Sunday, April 27. The fundraiser will be held at the Ellinger C of C Community Center.

A barbecue chicken and sausage meal with trimmings will be served in the hall beginning at 11 a.m. Drive-thru plates will be available at l0:30 a.m. The meal tickets are $15 per plate. Barbecue chicken will also be sold at the barbecue pits beginning at 10 a.m. for $12 per chicken.

A bake-sale will be held in the hall beginning at 10:30 a.m. The day’s events will also include a live auction that will begin at 1 p.m.

Proceeds from this year’s fundraiser will go towards the purchase of new equipment.
