Shared Lutheran Ministry St. John in Rutersville will host The Longest Night Service on Wednesday, Dec. 21 at 6:30 p.m. There will not be soup supper.

St. John in Ellinger will have Christmas worship on Christmas Eve at 6 p.m. with Pastor Jen. This will be a candle lit service and all are welcome.

St. John in Warrenton will host the joint worship on Sunday, Dec. 29 at 8:30 a.m. There will not be services at the other three churches that morning.

Worship services are still offered on Facebook, You Tube and KTIM 89.1 on Sundays at noon. Ellinger has worship every Sunday at 8 a.m. with communion.

St. Mary Catholic Church St. Mary’s Catholic Church mass is every Saturday at 4 p.m. and Sunday at 8 a.m.

Brethren Church

Fayetteville Brethren will have a Christmas Candlelight service on Saturday, Dec. 21 at 4 p.m. with Holy Communion. A fellowship meal will follow the service. There will be no morning services that day.

Fayetteville Brethren Church has services the second, third, and fourth Saturdays of each month at 10 a.m. Other services are at Industry Brethren on the second, third and fourth Saturdays at 5 p.m., Wesley Brethren on Sundays at 9 a.m. and Nelsonville Brethren on Sundays at 10:15 a.m. Rev. Mike Groseclose leads all the services. The Nelsonville service is live streamed on Nelsonville Brethren’s Facebook page.

Hermann Sons

Due to the Riverside Camp facility under renovations in Comfort, the boys and girls will attend camp at the Hilltop site the summer of 2025. Also new for the summer of 2025, camp will be open to non-members. Members can register starting in January, non-members can register in March. See your local lodge or agent for more details.
