EEA Attends District Conference

On April 10, Fayette County Extension Education Association (EEA) members attended the Annual District 11 TEEA Spring Conference hosted by Victoria EEA. Over 50 district members and county extension agents participated in the conference. At the business meeting Membership Certificate Awards were presented and Fayette County member, Donna Burton, will be receiving her 40th year membership recognition. After the business meeting, a workshop on “DIY Succulents” was conducted and members worked on planting their own succulents to take home. Cultural Arts results were announced and an invitation to attend the Fall 2025 EEA Officer Training was extended by the hosting Washington County EEA members.
