BRIDGE Packs Support for Back-to-School Needs
The local nonprofit BRIDGE (Building Resilience Inclusion Diversity and Growth thru Education) held a “Ready, Set, Refresh” back-to-school event at AMEN Food Pantry in La Grange on Monday, Aug. 3. Volunteers from BRIDGE distributed 100 bags packed with hygiene and cleaning supplies. BRIDGE Volunteers will bring the event to the Schulenburg Area Food Pantry on Thursday, Aug. 6, and to the Flatonia Food Pantry on Thursday, Aug. 13.
