Blaschke Goes to US Naval Academy STEM Program

Rising La Grange 9th grader Emmry Blaschke was one of 330 students selected across the country out of over 3,000 applicants to attend the United States Naval Academy Summer STEM program in Annapolis, Maryland during early June. In addition to completing STEM projects in the classroom and a variety of physical fitness challenges, she was able to experience life on “the Yard” and get an inside look into what it’s like to attend the prestigious U.S. Naval Academy.
