Annual Ellinger Tomato Festival A Success

Kulhanek Graduates 

Wesley James Kulhanek of Ellinger, son of Javier and Angela Solis graduated from La Grange High School on Thursday, May 22. Wesley works at Tractor Supply and does yard work outside of school. He also played football for the Leopards. He plans to attend TSTC in Waco this fall and will learn the trade of electrical power and controls.

SLM Vacation Bible School Shared Lutheran Ministry will host Vacation Bible School at St. John in Rutersville the week of June 16. The day will run from 8:30 a.m.-12 p.m. with breakfast provided. Breakfast will be served from 7:45-8:30 a.m. and participants should be Kindergarden-6th grade. There is no charge this year and for more details, please contact the office at (979) 249-3155.

Shared Lutheran Ministry Worship services are still offered on Facebook, You Tube and KTIM 89.1 on Sundays at noon. Ellinger has worship every Sunday at 8 a.m. with communion.

St. Mary’s Catholic Church St. Mary’s Catholic Church Mass is every Saturday at 4 p.m. and Sunday at 8 a.m.

Brethren Church 

Fayetteville Brethren Church has services the second, third, and fourth Saturdays of each month at 10 a.m. Other services are at Industry Brethren on the second, third and fourth Saturdays at 5 p.m., Wesley Brethren on Sundays at 9 a.m. and Nelsonville Brethren on Sundays at 10:15 a.m. Rev. Mike Groseclose leads all the services. The Nelsonville service is live streamed on Nelsonville Brethren’s Facebook page.

Ellinger C of C 

The Ellinger Chamber of Commerce will meet on Tuesday, June 10 at 7 p.m. in the dining room at the chamber building. All chamber and community members are invited to attend.

Ellinger Sewer and Water Ellinger Sewer and Water will meet at 6 p.m. on Monday, June 9 at the fire station.
