AMEN Receives Reusable Bags

The AMEN Food Pantry recently received a generous donation of 100 reusable bags and 300 paper grocery bags from Social Outreach Ministry Committee members, Anne Mahry and Mary Vasek, of Holy Rosary and Sts. Peter and Paul Churches. AMEN continues to promote reusable bags for clients’ food selections instead of environmentally harmful single use plastic bags. Anyone who would like to donate new, or gently used/clean reusable grocery/shopping bags may drop off at AMEN located at 851 S. Reynolds Street in La Grange from 8:30-noon on Mondays.
