DOPTABLE
Your local animal shelter only takes animals from Fayette County. It’s hard to believe after decades of being proactive in educating and offering discount spay/neuters that we are still taking in 1500 animals a year from our own county. We have to do better. We need residents of our county to rethink getting a pet they can’t keep forever. If everyone had listened to Bob Barker, we may not be in the position we are in now. Spaying and neutering your pets, your neighbor’s pet, the stray...is the only way out of this mess. Support your local shelter by helping someone fix their pet, or by adopting. We have big dogs, tall dogs, fat dogs, skinny dogs, old dogs, young dogs. Please stop by for a visit. Heelers pictured are Bruno and Oreo.
