Numerous Fayette County 4-Hers competed in the 2025 Texas 4-H Roundup at Texas A&M University in College Station on June 3-5.

Texas 4-H Roundup is the pinnacle event for all of Texas 4-H, with senior 4-H members competing in approximately 50 diverse competitions throughout the week-long event. The majority of the events require each individual or team to qualify at the county and district level.

Harper received a $20,000 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Scholarship. Reagan Moreau received a McLean Estate Scholarship in the amount of $10,000. Addison Faske received a Texas 4-H Foundation Scholarship in the amount of $5,000 and Mikayla Otto received a San Antonio Stock Show School Tours Scholarship in the amount of $1,000. All scholarships were awarded through the Texas 4-H Opportunity Scholarship Program.

Tori Newton competed in the Healthy Dessert Category in the Food Show placed 1st overall.

Madyson Holub, Haley Schramek, Kyrroll Prihoda, and Keeley Warnken competed in the Qualifying Livestock Judging Contest and placed 8th overall.

In the Food Challenge Contest, Elena Supak, Eleanor Carey, and Tori Newton placed 1st in the Side Dish category and was 2nd overall in the Final Round. They will compete in the National 4-H Food Challenge Contest in September.

Kandon Kaspar, Scotti Beseda, Hailey Janish, and Mackayla Griffin competed in the Main Dish Category in Food Challenge.

Madeline Willrich, Roan Willrich, Addison Faske and Logan Poncik competed in the Consumer Decision Contest.

In the Educational Presentations, Logan Poncik was 7th in the Beef Category and Tori Newton competed in the Sheep and Goat Category.

Rheagan Karisch competed in the Invitational Livsetock Judging Contest.
