4-H Competes in Texas Rice Festival Livestock Judging Contest Oct. 5
Fayette County 4-H members competed in the Texas Rice Festival Livestock Judging Contest on Saturday, Oct. 5.
The Fayette County 4-H Junior Maroon Team was the Champion Junior Livestock Judging Team. Team members consisted of Tatum Fritsch, Kaisley Janecka, Crockett Guenther, and Adalyn Carrales. Individually, Tatum was 2nd high, Kaisley was 4th high, and Crockett was 5th high point.
The Fayette County 4-H Junior Gold Team placed Reserve Champion Junior Livestock Judging Team. Team members consisted of Holden Holub, Laramie Laake, Hudson Holub, and Tate Fritsch. Individually, Holden was the high point junior and Laramie was 3rd.
Judging as an individual was Julia Melton and Rilan Karisch.
The Fayette County 4-H Senior Team placed was the Reserve Champion Senior Livestock Judging Team. Team members consisted of Peyton Gilchrest, Rheagan Karisch, Hailey Janish, and Addison Eichler. Individually, Peyton was the high point senior and Rheagan was the 2nd high point senior.
