4-H Competes in Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Food Challenge Contest

Reserve Champion Junior Team: HLSR Representative, Sawyer Mau, Allyson Kibby, Tatum Fritsch and HLSR Representative.
4th Place Junior Appetizer: Morgan Williams, Summer Dooley, and Lylah Robertson.
3rd Place Junior Main Dish: Tate Fritsch, Kaylyn Beseda, Kloey Noska, and Emory Malota.
3rd Place Senior Team: Haley Janish, MacKayla Griffin and Scotti Beseda.
4th Place Junior Healthy Dessert: Ainsley Murphy, Lydia Beseda, Raelynn Beseda, and Henley Sodek.

Fayette County 4-H members competed in the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Food Challenge Contest on Tuesday, March 18.

The Fayette County Junior Team, Simmer Down, placed 1st in the Junior Side Dish Category and advanced to the Final Round. In the Final Round, they were named the Reserve Champion Junior Team. Team members consist of Tatum Fritsch, Ally Kibby, and Sawyer Mau.

The Fayette County Senior Team, Shaker Bakers, placed 3rd in the Senior Main Dish Category. Team members consist of Scotti Beseda, MacKayla Griffin and Hailey Janish.

The Fayette County Junior Team, Beefmasters, placed 3rd in the Junior Main Dish Category. Team members consist of Kaylyn Beseda, Emory Malota, Kloey Noska, and Tate Fritsch.

The Fayette County Junior Team, Slice N Dice, placed 4th in the Junior Healthy Dessert Category.

Team members consist of Lydia Beseda, Ainsley Murphy, Raelynn Beseda, and Henley Sodek.

The Fayette County Junior Team, Country Cooks, placed 4th in the Junior Appetizer Category. Team members consisted of Morgan Williams, Summer Dooley, and Lylah Robertson.
