Leps Struggle In Navasota

The La Grange boys basketball team went 0-4 at the Navasota Tournament last week losing to Madisonville 70-63, Navasota 63-40, Hamshire- Fannett 66-40 and finally to Hargrave 81-61. The Leps are now 9-8 overall and host Bellville Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. then at Taylor Dec. 19 before playing at the Luling Tournament over the Christmas Holidays. La Grange begins district play Jan. 2 at home against Caldwell.

Flatonia basketball player Kalen Scott has been one of the bright spots for a Lady Bulldogs team that has been winning a bunch to start the season.
