La Grange XC Racks Up Medals At the 38th Annual Moulton Meet

La Grange High School Cross Country competed at the 38th Annual Moulton Meet on Saturday, September 12, 2026, securing 11 individual top 20 finishes, a 3rd place team finish for Varsity Girls and a 1st place team finish for JV Girls.

The Girls teams ran a 2-mile course. The JV team was 1st place overall, led by Mattie Muzny (5th), Charlotte Scarborough (6th), Sasha Espinoza (13th), Hannah Anderson (14th), Liliana Lopez (16th) and Shiloh Bretz (19th at a personal record pace). The Varsity team earned a 3rd place finish behind East Bernard and Bellville, with 3 Lady Leps Varsity runners finishing among the top 20 individuals: Lillian Carey (7th), Paisley Greenwood (17th) and Annabelle Zoch (20th).

The Boys teams competed on a 5K course. The Varsity Boys team was led by the Top 20 individual finishes of Dilan Barron (6th) and Jacob Estrada (19th). La Grange Cross Country will compete next on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at the Coach Ed Invitational held at Sealy High School.
