The Fayetteville baseball players get their state silver medals after the state title loss against Abbott last month.
The Texas Sports Writers Association has honored several local baseball players with all-state recognition.
In Class 1A, Fayetteville second baseman Easton Jaeger was named to the first team. On the second team were Lions catcher Logan Fritsch, third baseman Keagan Supak and outfielder Reid Gross. Fayetteville pitcher Chance Konvicka was an honorable mention selection.
