Carmine Chamber of Commerce Holds Pair of Ribbon-Cuttings

The Carmine Chamber sponsored two ribbon cuttings with Grand Openings in Carmine on Hwy. 290 recently. At 10 a.m., the first occurred at The Glass Anvil, which is where Diane Tovey creates her masterpieces. She explained much of her process and showed several of her exemplary pieces.
