Sandra Sidenblad Stahl, age 78, passed away on Nov. 25, 2025, in Liberty Hill. Born on Sept. 15, 1947, in the Heights in Houston, Sandra lived a life marked by warmth, creativity, and a deep love for family and community.
Villanueva Xavier Alexander Villanueva, a devoted father and beloved son, passed away on Dec. 2, 2025, in Seguin, at the age of 30. Born on April 19, 1995, in La Grange, Xavier attended La Grange High School and later devoted his career to being a Warehouse Technician for Amazon.
Funeral services for Elgene Richard Eckermann were held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 27, 2025 at Fayette Memorial Funeral Home in La Grange with a private, family interment at Hill Cemetery in Round Top. The family received family and friends at 10 a.m. prior to the funeral.
Lillian Agnes (Ermis) Machala, a lifelong resident of Plum, was welcomed into the Kingdom of Heaven on Dec. 24, 2025, at the age of 92. Born on March 8, 1933, Lillian’s life was a testament to her unwavering faith, loving spirit, and the joy she found in the simple pleasures of life.
