It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jacob Warschak, age 28, a proud Texas A&M graduate, devoted friend, loving family member, and true embodiment of the Aggie spirit. He left this world on Nov. 19, 2025, far too soon, and his absence leaves a space that cannot be filled.

Leon Bernard Bertsch, 95 died peacefully in his sleep at Oak Village Healthcare in Lake Jackson on Saturday, Nov. 22, 2025.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Alice Marie Malota was held at 2 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 20, 2025 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Fayetteville. Visitation took place at the church prior to the service from 12- 2 p.m. Burial followed at the St. John Catholic Cemetery in Fayetteville.

A Memorial Service for Charles Richard Hebert is scheduled for 11 a.m., Nov. 22, 2025 at Fayette Memorial Funeral Home in La Grange (967 E. Colorado St.). The family will receive visitors beginning at 10 a.m. prior to the service. Interment will take place at the National Cemetery in Houston.
