Joaquin Rodriguez, Jr., 59, of La Grange, passed away on Wednesday, July 27, 2022. Joaquin was born in San Antonio on June 22, 1963, the son of Joaquin Rodriguez and Hilda (Perez) Rodriguez.

Gay Lynn McDaniel was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She left this world at the age of 71 after a valiant battle with Parkinson’s disease surrounded by loved ones on July 27, 2022 in Houston.

Funeral services for JoAnn Schneider, 75 of Winchester, were held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 28, 2022 at Phillips and Luckey Funeral Home in Giddings with Rev. Nate Hill officiating. Burial followed in the Winchester Cemetery. Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 from 10:30 a.m. until 8 p.m. and on Thursday, July 28, 2022 from 7 a.m. until 10 a.m. The family will be present Wednesday evening from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Lillian Christine “Chris” (Dyer) Jervis, 79 of Ledbetter, passed away on Friday, July 15, 2022 in Ledbetter. A Funeral Mass was held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic in Church in Plum with Rev. Felix Twumasi officiating. Burial will follow in the Ledbetter Cemetery at a later date.
