AMEN Receives Reusable Bags From LG H-E-B

AMEN Food Pantry recently received a generous donation of 100 reusable bags from the La Grange H-E-B, as part of AMEN’s ongoing commitment of not using harmful single use plastic bags to more sustainable reusable bags for clients’ food selections. This change has significantly reduced waste by 20,000 single use bags not being sent to any landfill. This is an assurance that our area will remain an environmentally friendly place for local citizens to call home.
