The Hostyn/Plum annual scholarship fish fry and bake sale will be held Friday, March 31 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the La Grange KC Community Center. Drivethru only meal will consist of fried fish, buttered potatoes, pinto beans, and cole slaw. Plates are $14. All funds from the bake sale and fish fry benefit the Hostyn/Plum Scholarship Fund. Ths is the last Lenten fish fry.

LHS Play Wins First at Bi-District

The La Grange High School UIL One Act Players competed at the 4A Bi-District One Act Play contest on Wednesday, March 22, at the La Grange ISD Performing Arts Center. LHS’s play, “Brave Navigator” by David Valdes, placed first and will advance to the Area competition on Saturday, April 1, at Lee College in Baytown, Texas.
