On Nov. 4, 2025, voters in Texas will decide on 17 proposed amendments to the Texas Constitution. Other tax-related items include changes to school district exemptions for elderly and disabled homeowners and the general homestead exemption, as well as a property tax exemption for landowners installing border security infrastructure. There are also propositions concerning funding for the Texas State Technical College System, a Texas Water Fund, and the creation of a Dementia Prevention and Research Institute.
