Ten Earn Food Handler Certification

After a recent food handler’s course, ten individuals at Gray Legacy Services were presented their Food Handler’s Certification cards. Requirements for the certification included completing a two-hour workshop, conducted by the Fayette County Extension Office along with completing pre/post surveys. These cards meet the Texas State Department of Health Service’s Retail Foods Division standards and are good for 2 years.
