Tasty Treats Take Flight at Drone Racing and Education Day

Visitors to the Drone Racing and Education Day at the Stanzel Model Aircraft Museum on Saturday, Nov. 22, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., can look forward to an afternoon full of high-flying excitement and mouth-watering local flavors.

A lineup of favorite local food vendors will be on hand, each serving up their own specialties. Garrett Cooks will be dishing out his famous Mama’s Recipe pizza by the slice, along with warm soft Bavarian pretzels and savory sauerkraut balls. Al’s Street Treats will tempt hungry guests with Philly Cheesesteak Sandwiches and artisan hot dogs, while Jack & Mary’s keeps everyone energized with their signature coffee and tea. And for those with a sweet tooth, Shiloh’s Sweet Tooth will offer a delicious selection of baked goods and homemade candies.

With drones zipping through obstacle courses, hands-on STEM exhibits for all ages, and a spread of local eats to enjoy, it’s shaping up to be a perfect community event celebrating innovation, education, and flavor.

The event is free and open to the public. For more information, contact cynthia@stanzelmuseum. org or follow Facebook for updates.
