Spring Clean Up Set April 19-23 For City of La Grange Residents

The City of La Grange has designated April 19-23 as Spring Cleanup Week.

The City will pick up one free load of brush during this week. One load of brush is defined as not more than one pickup truck load. If you have logs, please separate them from the branches. Also, please make sure there is no trash mixed in with the brush.

The following schedule will be observed:

April 19 and 20-South Side of the City. Travis St. - Hwy. 71 Bus.

April 21 and 22-North Side of the City.

The City will also have roll off containers available to our residential utility customers for hard to dispose of items. These containers will be located at the City Service Center inside the yard and customers will have to show their utility bill receipt to be able to discard their items. These containers will be available Monday through Saturday, April 19- 24 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

No tires, batteries, construction debris, paint, or chemicals will be accepted. Only one set of mattresses per utility bill will be accepted. Refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioning units must be tagged certifying that the refrigerant has been removed by a certified technician.
