RT-C School News
Round Top – Carmine ISD will continue to ask students to wear masks for the remainder of the school year per TEA guidelines. High School students will have class, basketball, baseball, tennis and track pictures on Tuesday, March 23. The district will be out for a holiday on Friday, March 26. The first of the STAAR tests for students will take place Tuesday, April 6 with fourth-grade writing. For sports information, please visit the Carmine section of the newspaper.
Monday Night Social
The Round Top Rifle Hall’s Monday Night Social takes place on the first through fourth Mondays of the month from 5:30 - 8 p.m. at the Round Top Rifle Hall. Round Top C of C
The Round Top Chamber of Commerce meets the second Thursday of each month. A social hour begins at 8:30 a.m. and the meetings begin at 9 a.m. Drift & Holler will be hosting a Grand Opening on Saturday, March 27 beginning at 5 p.m. Mark your calendars for Saturday, May 8 for Round Top’s 150th Anniversary Celebration. Bethlehem Lutheran Church
Bethlehem Lutheran Church holds services with Pastor John David Nedbalek Sundays at 9:30 a.m. Holy Communion is celebrated using individual, prepackaged units. Wednesday’s Lenten service will be at 7 p.m. at St. Paul in Shelby. Orders are being taken for potted lilies that will be placed on the Altar on Easter Sunday. Cost is $15. Please contact the church office no later than March 28. March was the Bible study for the Ruth circle of Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Round Top. Pastor John David Nedbalek presented a study of Lent. The purpose of the season is to reflect upon our sinfulness as we journey to the cross with Christ. Pastor explained the worshiping seasons of the Church year and the colors associated with each. MayDelle Copeland served as hostesses. Next session will be on May 6. City of Refuge Church

Round Top Christian Fellowship church services are held at 10 a.m. Resurrection Day service will be Sunday, April 4 at 10 a.m. outside under the pavilion.
