Southbound 955 Band to Kick Off Lickskillet Days with a Saturday Night Street Dance

A local favorite, the Southbound 955 band, will play for a Street Dance to kickoff 44th Annual Lickskillet Days in Fayetteville on Saturday night, Oct. 16, at 7 p.m.

The band, which played to rousing crowds at this year’s Fayette County Fair, features Wally Krchnak, Alvin Minarcik, Aaron Keilers, John Minarcik, Joe Dybala, Ross Kovar, Bryson Martinek, and Nicole Ferreri. The group specializes in Texas Country, or as they like to say, “playin the music you live.”

During the Street Dance on the town’s Historic Square, burgers will be prepared by the Fayetteville Baseball Alumni Association with beer and soft drinks by the Fayetteville Lions Club.
