Second Chance Donates to St. Rose of Lima, League of Women Voters of South Central Texas

Second Chance Emporium (SCE) recently donated $10,000 to St. Rose of Lima Catholic School. Monies granted will be used to help fund the Recreational Advancement Project - a comprehensive playground renovation initiative designed to improve safety, accessibility, and recreational opportunities for students. Second Chance Emporium (SCE) recently donated $7,500 to the League of Women Voters of South Central Texas. Monies granted will be used for the following: fund nonpartisan voter guides, fund the 5th Annual Women’s Making History event in March 2027, and offer voter registration, information, and machine practice before the mid-term election, plus civics education workshops and presentations throughout the year.
